The Performance Improvement Maturity Model: Ten Years Later

About the Presentation

Has your organization truly matured? Ten years after launch, we reexamine the PI Maturity Model for practitioners.

How mature are your organization’s performance improvement practices? In this session, we revisit the 2015 Performance Improvement Maturity Model (PIMM) and examine how organizations align with its defined maturity levels. Through real-world examples, participants will explore what maturity looks like in practice and how it has evolved over the past decade.

Attendees will leave equipped to assess their own organization’s level of performance improvement maturity and identify practical next steps for continued growth. The session will also examine how advances in technology have reshaped the model and influenced performance improvement practices over the last 11 years.

The Modern Learning Mindset - Rethinking L&D in Today's Workplace

Presenter: JD Dillon

Email: JD Dillon

The pace of workplace change is downright ridiculous! Employees must contend with a never-ending stream of new processes, regulations, products, and technologies. Meanwhile, companies struggle to close critical skill gaps that put their future growth at risk. On top of all that, budgets are tightening as teams are asked to do more with less as the result of ongoing economic uncertainty.

How can we possibly keep up?! New technology is exciting, but it’s not the answer. Great content is vital, but it’s not the answer. Every successful workplace transformation begins in the same place: mindset. Join JD Dillon (LearnGeek + Axonify) for a deep dive into the modern learning mindset. JD will explain what it takes to escape the course mentality, influence stakeholders to embrace new ideas, and architect a workplace learning experience that fosters agility and drives results.
